"L'escale" is a charming residence for two people, located at the entrance to Mestry'priory. It's name is a tribute to the father of your host, resistant, volunteered in the free French Air forces. He was trained in the United States as a pilot of the B26 "Maraudeur", then later became an airline pilot at Air France. "L'escale" is the ideal place to relax in the countryside, near the sea, and to visit the region.

Renovated with care, the cottage offers, upstairs, a large bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and separate WC (a large 180 x 200 cm bed, or two twin beds upon request). We chose hotel bedding for very comfortable nights. Sheets and towels are provided, the bed will be made at your arrival.

On the ground floor, the cottage consists of a large, very bright living room with an open kitchen. A sofa bed in the living area can sleep an additional person (upon request). A large french window opens onto a private terrace, facing south, and onto the shared garden at the front of the property. You can enjoy this garden to read in the shade of the trees. The cottage also has garden furniture (tables, chairs, parasol, deckchairs) and a barbecue.

A separate laundry room shared by the 2 houses, including a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing board, is available.
